If I understand you right I need a routing group connector for each AD site with only the exchange servers from this particular AD site in it. For example, if I have 3 ad sites and every sites has one exchange 2003 and one exchange 2010 server I need three routing group connectors like:

1st Connector: Source: Server2003-1stSite Target: Server2010-1stSite (and vice versa)
2st Connector: Source: Server2003-2ndSite Target: Server2010-2ndSite (and vice versa)
3st Connector: Source: Server2003-3rdSite Target: Server2010-3rdSite (and vice versa)

right?
